We partnered with Metals NZ to refresh their brand and online presence, creating an identity that’s cohesive, future-focused, and authentically reflective of their mission and values.

The project began with a comprehensive naming process, including research and development of alternative names to explore fresh possibilities. Ultimately, this valuable process confirmed that “Metals NZ” was the perfect fit, giving the organization renewed confidence in their name as they move into the future.

Next, we developed a compelling brand story that highlighted what makes the organization unique and addressed the needs of its members. Working closely with the board and General Manager, we also defined Metals NZ’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring the brand was built on a solid foundation.

With these elements in place, we designed modern, impactful concepts that reinforced the brand story and captured Metals NZ’s forward-thinking ethos. We also crafted engaging website copy to communicate the brand’s voice clearly and consistently across all touchpoints.

The final stage was designing and developing a fully responsive WordPress website to bring everything together. The site reflects the refreshed brand story, incorporates the mission and values, and offers a user-friendly experience that resonates with Metals NZ’s audience.

Full identity. The logo, icon, and wordmark are unique, bold, and embody the future of New Zealand’s metal industry, blending innovation with strength and modernity.

Development process. We developed an iconic solution subtly incorporating the letter “M,” representing three types of metals and the circular economy. The design reflects sustainability, innovation, and the future of New Zealand’s metal industry.

We created branded marketing templates designed for consistency and adaptability, ensuring future communications align with the brand’s identity while being versatile, visually engaging, and easy to customize for various needs.
