NASH

We collaborated with NASH to revamp their digital presence, focusing on aligning the website with the evolving needs of their members and stakeholders.
The redesign emphasized simplifying navigation, enhancing content accessibility, and modernizing the user interface to reflect NASH’s commitment to innovation in steel-framed housing.
By addressing outdated processes and incorporating user-centric design principles, we crafted a platform that not only honors NASH’s legacy but also sets a forward-looking tone for their future initiatives.

NASH. Designing with intention – clarity over complexity. Every element of the NASH website was crafted with a single goal in mind: to make information easy to find, understand, and act on.
We started by developing hand-crafted copywriting that speaks directly to NASH’s audiences – members, builders, and homeowners – cutting through jargon to deliver helpful, human messaging that builds trust and confidence.

A well-structured FAQ section turned pages of technical “waffle” into a clear, user-friendly knowledge base, answering common questions in plain language.

The news and resources hub was redesigned with smart categorisation, allowing users to quickly locate the updates and insights most relevant to them.

Navigation was another key focus – the new menu structure pushes the fluff aside and brings clarity to the forefront, guiding users naturally through the content they actually need.
Finally, we developed a Member Showcase — a dedicated area where users can quickly explore and connect with suppliers and service providers across the steel-framed housing industry, strengthening community connection and visibility.
